About Us

We are pleased to inform you that we have registered our organization, run by a leading group of technocrats, in the electrical and mechanical field. The organization was established in the year 1985. The company is engaged in supply of machinery and equipments for thermal power plants. We have a big team of highly skilled technicians and engineers having vast experience in power plants spares. We may add for your kind information that the partners themselves are Engineers who have served in various capacities in engineering/power plants for 15 years before entering into the business.

We have already had the pleasure of serving many reputed state electricity boards by supplying the challenging equipments in scheduled dates and also had the successful trial runs and thereafter commissioning of our spares/reconditioned supply.

We also carry out repairs, previsioning, re-conditioning, re-claiming of spares like Stator, Rotor, Gears, Gear Trains, Gearboxes, Mill Pinion, Mill Fan Impellers, F.D. Fan Impellers, Coal Nozzle Assemblies, Adjustable Coal Nozzle Tips and its Auxiliaries, Coal Straight and Elbows Bend, Pipes, Air Pre-heater Baskets, Bowl Hub, Mill Bottom, Bowls, Lower and Upper Journal Housing, etc; for 30/50/65.5/110/210/500 MW, Thermal Power Plants, UPRVUNL/MPSEB/HPGCL/PSEB/DVB/GEB/RRVUNL/NTPC, etc. and the related drawings are available with us.

The manufacturing unit is spread in an area of about 6000 sq. mtr. with a built-up area of 4000 sq. mtr. We have three sheds having E.O.T. cranes of 20 M.T./10 M.T./5 M..T capacity respectively. Each shed has a separate division of manufacturing as mentioned below:

• Mechanical Machine Shop: The shop is equipped with different sizes of lathe machines, shappers, drills, power grinders, horizontal boring machine, cylindrical surface grinders, dynamic balancing machine, and continuous forming pre-heater elements machine.
• Fabrication Division: The fabrication division is equipped for manufacturing light and heavy engineering components. We are having different capacities of welding transformers, welding generators; Tig/Mig welding machines, hand grinders, profile cutting machines, pug machines, plate rolling machine, presses, etc.
• Electrical Division: This division is equipped for coils manufacturing, recaging, re-staggering, re-shafting, etc. for H.T. motors, stators and rotors. The division is equipped with all testings of H.T. motors and also coils backing furnace. We are doing the jobs of rotors and stators up to 4000 KW, and motors for different power plants.
